Shipping Options & Delivery Times

UK Deliveries

  • Standard Shipping: We use Royal Mail 2nd Class postage for all deliveries within the UK.
    • Delivery Time: Typically, 2-3 business days after dispatch.

International Deliveries

  • Standard International Shipping: We partner with Evri for tracked international deliveries.
    • Delivery Time: Varies by destination, usually 7-14 business days after dispatch.
    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey.

Dispatch Notifications

  • Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number (for international orders). This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Digital purchases

  • Once a digital download is purchased, an email will be automatically sent to the email address provided on checkout.
  • This email will contain a link that will take you to our download page where you'll be able to download your purchases.
