TPoccasionprints is home to a lovely collection of custom prints for all occasions. Where your happiness in the final piece is as important to me as it is to you.
Processing Time:
1. Once we receive your photo, the drawing process will take 3-5 business days. After completion, the artwork will be sent to you digitally, or shipped if a physical print is requested.
2. I will send a proof for you to approve to your email messages within this time. Please keep an eye out for your message otherwise this could delay you receiving your print.
3. Once approved (within 24hrs of me sending your proof) I will then print and post your print. If I don’t hear from you within this time, I will post using the elements you gave when ordering.
4. Prints will be sent in a a cellophane sleeve in a hardback do not bend envelope. The print will be UNFRAMED.
If you have any questions or any details are inputted incorrectly before finished, please contact me and I’d be happy to help. Due this being custom made, unfortunately no returns are accepted.
